  Rented a townhouse for 2 years as these are some the very few who had enough bedrooms. Staff was nice enough until you say you will be leaving, then they can't bother to even be courteous when you see them. Maintenance of the apartments was poor. We would routinely get to take cold showers in the morning as the pump on the centralized hot water heater would go out. We chose a town home with a washer dryer set. It was not there on move in and the door had to be opened to get them in. The project was never finished, just left with open walls for 2 years. The neighbors had mice in their unit and they made their way over through some plumbing construction. It took 3 months to finally get rid of those. The staff did not seemed surprised and said the mice are pretty commonplace. All in all, save yourself the headache, find somewhere else.
